Before you may become a member of Bagedit, you must read and accept all of the terms and conditions in, and linked to this Agreement. The agreement that applies on any of our domains and sub domains is always the agreement that appears in the footer of each website. Agreeing to these terms and conditions constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Bagedit.
Using Bagedit
You may not use our site and service if you are under the age of 18 or you are not able to form legally binding contracts, or if your membership with Bagedit has been suspended.
Rules while using Bagedit:
-You will not fail to make payment for an item you have committed to buy unless, there has been a clear typographical error, or you cannot authenticate the seller's identity.
-You will not fail to deliver items purchased from you, unless the buyer fails to meet the posted terms, or you cannot authenticate the buyer's identity.

-You will not breach any laws, sell any counterfeit items or infringe the copyright, trade mark or other rights of third parties.
-You will not post or distribute spam.
-You will not post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content (including personal information)
Bagedit Fees
Joining Bagedit, bidding on listed items, and listing items are free. Fees are charged for using other services, such as additional listing fees. When you use a service that has a fee you get the chance to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on our Site Fees which we may change from time to time. We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our services for promotional events (for example, half price listing fee days) or new services, and these changes are effective when we post the temporary promotional event on the home page under ‘site news’. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are quoted in GB pounds sterling. It is your responsibility for paying all fees associated with using our sites and services within 30 days by using PayPal payment method. All insertion fees and optional additional fees are charged at time of listing an item and are not refundable. The maximum debit for a users account is £50.00. If your payment method fails or your account is overdue, we may suspend your account and collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. (This includes retaining collection agencies and legal counsel.) You agree that we may issue you with invoices in electronic format by email.
Banner and Links
-The following types of sites are NOT allowed to participate in our banner or link placements/exchange: Sites containing nudity, pornography, or other adult material sites encouraging illegal activity or racism, sites providing instructions or discussions about performing illegal activities, sites that promote or utilize software or services designed to deliver unsolicited email, or any other sites Bagedit deems to be inappropriate.
-We will be automatically rejecting any website which either doesn't have a working banner, or which contains a banner of a poor quality.
- Banners particiapting in the Banner Exchange must be located in a prominent location.
- Banners participating in the Banner Exchange will not be placed on our website until we have confirmation, both by email and visual that our banner is active.
- Banners participating in the Banner Exchange must be no larger than 468x60.
- Banners participating in the Classified Home page and Specific Category pages must be no larger than 140x140.
- Banners participating in the Featured Category must be no larger than 350x140.
-We provide banner statistics only for banners placed on the footer of our website both the free banners and the CPC banners,in the form of impressions and clicks for every banner individually. Customers must contact us to request this information
-Bagedit respects your privacy and does not sell, rent or give any identifiable personal information regarding its subscribers to any third party. Any information that you give to us is held with the utmost care and security.
-You may cancel your account at any time. Yearly subscriptions paid in advance will not be refundable. We also reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice if we deem it appropriate.
Liability
Bagedit is not held responsible for actions or inactions of other users. Bagedit is not a traditional auctioneer. Our site is an online marketplace to allow anyone to sell, buy, and swap just about anything, at all times, from anywhere, in a variety of pricing formats and venues, such as Buy now, bidding, and stores. We do not read over our users’ listings or content, therefore are not involved in any of the transaction between buyers and sellers. You acknowledge that Bagedit does not guarantee the quality, legality or safety of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or accuracy of feedback or any other content posted by users on our site. We will not be held responsible for the transactions being complete between buyers and sellers. Do not assume that the sale or purchase, export or import of any item is valid and legal because it is listed on Bagedit.
You accept responsibility for the legality of your actions under laws applying to you and the legality of any items you list on Bagedit.
Bagedit aims to verify the accuracy and truth of information provided by our users; however user verification on the internet is difficult. Bagedit is not responsible for ensuring the accuracy of user’s identities or the validity of the information which they provide or post on our site.
Bagedit (including our suppliers, officers, directors, and employees) shall not be liable to you in contract, (including negligence) or otherwise for any business losses, such as loss of profits, revenue, data, business, opportunity, reputation or business interruption.
Dispute and Release
Because Bagedit has no involvement in transactions between users, we cannot get involved in disputes between users. You hereby release Bagedit, including all officers, employees, parent companies, contractors, suppliers, or agents from any and all liability of damages or claims resulting from such disputes.
Violation of User Agreement
We may terminate your account, temporarily or permanently, if you violate any portion of this User Agreement. This includes the termination or suspension of any auctions you are running at the time, without refund of any fees or compensation or liability for loss of business or revenues which you may claim, as a result of such termination.
Privacy
Bagedit does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We use your information only as described in the Bagedit Privacy Policy.
General
This Agreement and the terms and conditions herein, shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on this website under ‘site news’ on the home page and under ‘Announcements’ in the members area. Except as stated elsewhere, all amended terms shall automatically be effective 14 days after they are posted.
